Holocaust criminal Hubert Zafke still being tortured

You can read the latest news about Hubert Zafke at http://www.jurist.org/paperchase/2016/10/trial-of-auschwitz-medic-postponed.php

The following quote is from the news article:

[JURIST] A German court says the trial of a former medic who served at the Auschwitz death camp [Guardian profile] must be postponed due to complaints. The Neubrandenburg state court has received [AP report] numerous complaints that the judge and others in the court are biased, and the trial has been held up as prosecutors have been attempting to remove several of the judges. The medic, Hubert Zafke, faces charges [AFP report] on more than 3,681 counts of being an accessory to murder. The trial of the 95-year-old Zafke [JURIST report] got underway several weeks ago but was stalled [BBC report] numerous times after judges ruled he was unfit to stand trial over concerns about his mental and physical health. In response, the prosecution team and lawyers representing the victims’ families have accused the judges of bias, causing a delay between sessions as the judges respond. Due to this delay, the court now says that the trial must be restarted.

Child survivors of Auschwitz-Birkenau

The photo above is not appropriate to illustrate an article about the Nazis killing Jews. The photo shows Jewish children who were not killed during the Holocaust. A photo showing DEAD Jews should have been used.

I have blogged about Zafke numerous times, including this blog post: https://furtherglory.wordpress.com/2016/09/12/the-fourth-attempt-to-convict-hubert-zafke-of-war-crimes-committed-during-world-war-ii/

The news article continues with this quote:

Begin quote

German courts have recently seen an increase of war crime charges against former members of the Nazi party. Prior to 2011, German prosecutors often chose not to charge individuals they regarded as “cogs” in, rather than active members of, the Nazi war machine. The 2011 conviction [JURIST report] of former Nazi guard John Demjanjuk may have emboldened German prosecutors to pursue cases against all those who materially helped Nazi Germany function.

A court in Kiel, Germany, ruled last month that a 92-year-old woman charged with Nazi crimes is unfit to stand trial [JURIST report]. In December a German court allowed [JURIST report] the trial of a 95-year-old Auschwitz paramedic accused of being an accessory to the murder of 3,681 people at Auschwitz. In September 2014 German authorities imprisoned Oskar Groening, known as the “accountant of Auschwitz,” who was charged [JURIST report] as an accessory to the murder of 300,000 people. Last year Groening was given a four-year jail sentence for his role at Auschwitz, a sentence he said he would appeal [JURIST reports].

The Jewish motto is REVENGE, REVENGE, REVENGE.

Now you see this motto in action. The Jews are not increasing their popularity by putting old men, with one foot in the grave, on trial.

  1. The constant barage of holohoax-mania to keep the lies like these alive, spares NO ONE in the pathological pursuit of THEIR VERSION of justice, especially with the elderly. As long as the prevaricators can spin their tales (and the taller the better), they remain in the gullible public eye. The laws of evidence, verifying the veracity of witnesses – DOESN’T MATTER – all that matters is a “can-you-top-this” mindset of stories from and about (as Jim Rizoli calls them) HORROR DISNEYLAND. They relish and thrive on their own self-involved, egocentric, psychopathic preoccupations with fabricated murders and then look to find ways to make the narrative fit into reality.

This would have been a better photograph for them to use.

    • But your photo, DH, is even more dishonest than the one depicting the children behind the barbed-wire fence. Because, at least that image was taken in Auschwitz where Mr Zafke is accused of his crimes, whereas we don’t know exactly where this grave was un-earthed, and who the dead remains formerly belonged to.

So was this photo taken at Auschwitz? And can you give us any further details – after all, you went out of your way to make sure that this picture was large enough to push into our faces.

      • Majdanek… Tal, there is something called Google image search…

        Comment by Denying-History — October 7, 2016 @ 6:05 pm

        • So this photo has got nothing to with Hubert Zafke and his trial for alleged crimes carried out at Auschwitz. At least we’ve got that sorted out – we wouldn’t want Mr Zafke to be accused of something that he was not involved in.

Presumably, your image was taken by the Soviets after they captured the Majdanek camp in the summer of 1944. But are we really expected to believe any photographs submitted by the Soviets? Remember, these were same despicable people who shot thousands of Polish officers into mass pits at Katyn – and then blamed the Germans for the crime.

They also carried out mass executions of Russian and Ukrainian citizens in 1920’s and 30’s – so what guarantees have we got that they didn’t slyly produce photos of some of these earlier graves and claimed that they were taken at Majdanek. In actual fact, the skeletal remains look suspiciously as though they have laid in the ground for much longer than the three years that the camp was in existence.

          • Two other questions come to mind if this small mass grave was found at Majdanek, DH.

Could you tell us exactly where this grave was found inside (or outside) the camp. We need to be able to zoom in on Google Earth so that we can ascertain for ourselves the precise location site of “grave number 7”

And what did the Soviets do with these remains after they had discovered them. Did they re-bury them in the same grave, or did they put them in the massive open silo where it is alleged that the cremated remains were placed ?

If the latter, then I find it grossly offensive, inhuman, and primitive in the extreme, for the Soviets ( and Poles ) to dump un-cremated human remains in a receptacle that is open to the elements for visitors to come and gawp at. Civilised human beings always bury bodies, or body parts, completely under the earth, or in a totally enclosed mausoleum or ossuary.

I wrote about the “receptacle” on this page of my website:

            • Exactly, Talbot. Digging up a few bones does not necessarily indicate dastardly ways and means of demise, especially during war, especially during TYPHUS EPIDEMICS which were profuse in Europe in the first half of the 20th century. Passing this picture through a jury would be the ploy of unscrupulous law professionals to control and sway the emotions of said gullible jury. Truly, if you and I could say, that these people died because of this and that by JUST looking at them, whatever occupation we are in now, we need to leave it to join a forensic team. The offices could cut their forensic budget considerably, because with our expert perceptions, they need not test for DNA or other tissue tests or do ANY investigation BECAUSE I HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS! (Also another example of the self-involved, egocentric, psychopathic spinmeisters who promote this nonsense.)

And failed to get away with it.

If the idea was to demonize Germans, why didn’t the British and US convict anyone at the IMT for this crime?

            • Okay. This is what caught my eye. The Ruskies . We all know I don’t trust them. What’s the story about the Reds gunning down all those Poles?

You said something about nobody having to answer for that crime. I see your point about evidence not being conclusive enough,to say everyone wanted to make the Germans the fall guys, for the ills of the world.

Now what happened with the Reds wasting all the Poles? It said something about them being “officers”? Was this politically motivated ? I’m asking, because it did bring up the point they were officers. I thought Poland was stuck in the middle of this whole mess with Germany and the USSR.

I might say nobody wanted to rock the boat with the Ruskies, but we were already on our way to divorce court with them. They thought they were entitled to a piece of the Japanese Empire, because they fought the Nips for what,a couple weeks ?

So by the time of the trials,I don’t think there was any love lost between us and the Ruskies.

The only reason I think we didn’t go after the Reds for murdering the Poles, was because they might raise a big stink, about all the civilians we murdered at Dresden through our bombing.

When it comes to that,I don’t think the murder of the Poles had anything to do with wanting to make the Germans scapegoats on purpose. We make a big stink about that stunt the Ruskies pulled, they could bring up our shortcomings in Germany. Maybe that’s the reason why we didn’t go after the savage bastards, when they had their mass rape party in Berlin . I guess all that shit was our deal with the devil.

Like I said earlier,if that photo was supplied by the Reds, then I don’t trust it.

          • Also katyn is complete beside the point.

      • Okay. Once again the numbers are tripping me up. I looked on the liberal wiki crap for this prison.

They said the prison was a prison for labor. Some judge ( I can’t even pronounce the goofs name, much less spell it) back in ’48 said the number of dead there was,360,000. Next we got an official from the museum saying in ’92 the dead are at 235,000. Now in 2005,we got some hammerhead from the state museum in Majdanek saying 78,000. The board of directors for that museum say,”be cautious about that number”. What the shit does that mean? Nobody knows how to count?

Who or what is Rajca? They said the number is “incredibly low”. What the hell does that mean? The number is not high enough,so let’s inflate the numbers?

Why do these numbers change so drastically? Did people not know how to count back in the 40’s. These are just figures coming from one prison.

Here’s another one I’ve always been bugged with Shindlers ( spellcheck there) list. Okay,so he was a kindly gentleman. He’s the person in all of the occupied nazi territories that was nice to the Jews ? Say what you will, but wasn’t he using slave labor ? I’ve not seen the movie, nor do I have a desire to see it. I don’t trust Hollywood to tell the facts correctly,so I stick to movies along the lines of Hellraiser or Predator.

One thing about that photo. Given the number of stiffs to come out of that prison ( whatever the number is),it don’t look like to many bodies are in there. To be honest, how can any one person come to any conclusion with that picture. Sure. You can make out a few skulls and assorted bones, but that’s it.

Due to the fact the Ruskies have their name associated with the photo,I damn sure ain’t gonna trust it.

I’m really trying to get past the numbers here. I can’t because they pop up everywhere. If I could hear one piece of evidence, everyone agrees one,it would be a lot easier to start to decide one way or another on this subject.

Numbers seem to be,just smoke and mirrors

        • ” The board of directors for that museum says, ” be cautious about that number”. What the shit does that mean? Nobody knows how to count. ”

You’re quite right there, Tim – nobody knows how to count at Majdanek. The original totals were up around 1.3 and 1.5 million, but now – “Oh, How The Mighty Are Fallen” – the hapless museum can only offer us 78,000 deaths, and it would appear that the red-faced, and very uncertain director himself is wringing his hands and offering words of caution to the public – just in casey, that the numbers have to be revised downwards yet again.

  3. The court is biased? Nooooo. Say it ain’t so. I thought all these courts were (as the Freemasons would say),”on the level”. They put a case on a medic. Cmon. A medics job is to “save lives”,not take ’em.

When they build a case on these people,do they ever talk to any of the people from the present circles they run in ? You know find out what kind of person they are?

Yeah I’ll admit,Ted Bundy was charming. We found out otherwise. Maybe some of these people put on trial could’ve been like Bundy.

The other ones on trial may have been the type, that could never do this kinda shit. So talk to some of their post WW2 people, and someone may get a different picture all together
