Will Trump cause the Chinese president to “lose face”?

“Look at that face” as The Donald would say.

According to this news story, Donald Trump is planning to meet with the president of China.

I think that Trump should bone up on Chinese manners, as fast as he can. He should learn what “losing face” means in Chinese culture. I am familiar with this Chinese expression because I have a Chinese doctor. I used to take acupuncture treatments. Acupuncture cures everything. But the last time that I visited my Chinese doctor, he put small black stones in a line down my back, as is shown in a Geico  commercial. He said that I was too old for acupuncture which would be too strong for me.

Read this to learn what “losing face” means:

I predict that the Chinese President will bring his own food and his own cook. Trump will be serving steak and potatoes, but the Chinese don’t eat this type of diet.

The Chinese believe that potatoes are poison and that meat should be eaten in very small amounts. The Chinese think that half of your food should be rice and that the other half should be divided between meat or fish and Chinese vegetables.

Your life span is determined by your kidneys … and the kidneys are the first organs to fail

Yesterday I went to my Chinese doctor for another acupuncture treatment and this time, I asked him some questions.  Like, what causes “dry mouth”?  Ten weeks ago, I had a stroke, and for a couple of weeks before the stroke, I was experiencing “dry mouth” at night.  At the hospital, tests showed that I had high blood sugar, as well as high cholesterol and sky-high blood pressure.  I was a walking time bomb.     (more…)

Where can I get some turtle soup?

I have been going to a Chinese doctor and taking acupuncture treatments to overcome the effects of a stroke.  The treatments are working very well and I am feeling much better.  This morning I woke up feeling like my old self, and now I’m typing with both hands for the first time since the stroke two weeks ago.

Yesterday, I asked the doctor some questions for the first time.  I asked what he could tell from taking my pulse, and he told me that I had a weak kidney on the left side.  He said that weak kidneys are a precursor of diabetes, and that diabetes is one of the factors that can lead to a stroke.  So I asked the doctor how I could improve my weak kidney.

Acupuncture — a miracle cure

As my regular readers might know by now, I recently suffered a mild stroke.  The stoke happened while I was asleep, and when I suddenly awoke at 4:25 in the morning, I had some damage to the left arm and left leg, and was having some blurred vision, besides feeling some nausea.  I rushed to an emergency hospital and got there within 15 minutes, but it was already too late.  The doctors at the hospital could do nothing but give me tests which determined that my self diagnosis was correct. I was admitted to the hospital, and as soon as I could get out, after passing numerous tests, I headed straight to a Chinese doctor for acupuncture.
